SUPER CHARGER SERIES: Released in the 1999 season, the Super Charger series appeared to be Larami's answer to W3 (Wild Water Weapons) line of Speed Loader waterguns. Though lacking the punch of the true CPS series, the SC-class weaponry have the ability to be quickly refilled from a hose adapter (QFD: Quick Fill Device). Four weapons based on Larami's design were released: the SC 400, SC 500, SC 600 and the SC Power Pak. Unlike Speed Loaders, the three smaller SC-class weapons can either be filled by using the QFD or from a tap like other water weapons. Speed Loaders do not have pumps and so cannot be filled from any source of water. The SC 500, SC 600 and SC Power Pak appear to be a cross between XP-water apertures and CPS technology for the firing chamber. Due to their relatively small size versus the CPS-series, they can be outgunned but match up quite nicely against most XPs. Only the SC 400 is based on air pressure.

General Notes: The SC line is small and good for covert operations or for high mobility operations but really has the advantage when it comes to the quick charge method of filling. However, as many locations may not offer a hose for this purpose, their main benefit may not be always usable.

FULLY REVIEWED WEAPONRY
SC400: Quick-fill somewhat useful. XP-class nozzle and technology with small payload. Decent for light skirmishes or as a side-arm. (Rating: 6)
SC500: Quick-fill somewhat useful. XP-class nozzle, CPS technology but small payload. Decent for light to medium skirmishes as well as being a good back-up weapon. (Rating: 7.5)
SC600: Quick-fill somewhat useful. XP-class nozzle, CPS technology and decent water supply give a good light to medium skirmish assault rifle. Still outclassed by the true CPS-class weapons. (Rating: 8)
SC400:2000 Edition: Quick-fill somewhat useful. XP-class nozzle and technology with small payload. Decent for light skirmishes or as a side-arm. (Rating: 6)
SC: Big Trouble: Quick-fill a must. Four nozzle settings though only two more useful. Based on CPS-technology. Pump free but hose dependant. (Rating: 7.5)
SC Power Pak: Quick-fill a must. Four nozzle settings though only two more useful. Based on CPS-technology. Pump free but hose dependant. (Rating: 8)
SC: Triple Charge: Quick-fill useful. Interesting concept to have 2 spare, pressurized reservoirs. Switching reservoirs can be a bit tricky and the clips are liable to wear down. Vest for holding extra reservoirs of questionable strength. Since it is based on the pressurized reservoir system, stream strength more varied. More of a novelty weapon as opposed to a truly functional soaker. (Rating: 6.5)
