Repair Description by Felix (The Pyromaniacs) (Edited by iSoaker.com)

This is about the CPS2000's pump, I've found that even though the pump looks "sturdy" and "rigid" on the outside, the inside still uses the traditional plastic rod to pull the shaft, which breaks after a while. The rod in this CPS2000 has broken off long ago, so to fix this problem:

1) the remains of the rod should be carefully removed
2) find a bolt and nut that is the right size for the pump
3) drill a hole through the hand piece
4) place the bolt through the hole, through the white pump shaft and out the other side, and fix it in place with the nut

The new rod should hold in place for some time. In the case of this gun, the plastic at the front of the hole was beginning to snap from the force that is required to pump to gun. so the process was repeated a bit further back. the only problem was that the pump stroke was reduced by 1cm or so, but it wasn't too much of a problem.
