Description:
The replacement for the XP75, the XP70 has some definite improvements
over its predacessor. The XP70 has a separate pressure chamber making
it easier to pump and shoot as well as being able to be filled while pressurized.
Its small size also makes this a great weapon for covert operations though
its original bright-yellow colour does not help. The water reservoir nicely
slopes to the back allowing all water to be used. Pumping is quick and
easy. Even with an XP-class nozzle, this weapon still packs a good punch.
The reservoir comes with a tethered cap to prevent its loss.
Due to its small size, it makes a great side-arm. The main problem is
that this blaster can quickly drain its resources (not quite as fast as
the CPS-models can, but pretty close). This weapon is great for any small
to medium skirmishes and would provide a good back-up in larger water
wars. Do note that it IS a small weapon.
Pros: Small,
light, easy to carry. Despite its size, it packs decent power. It also
does not take too much effort to pump up the pressure chamber. The tank
provides a respectable amount of water considering its rate of fire. Easy
to fill with a nice, tethered cap and transparent water reservoir.
Cons: This
is a rather small weapon with limited water capacity. The XP-class nozzle
is outclassed by all of the CPS-line of weapons.
