Description: The CPS 2500 matches the CPS 2000 in size and is Larami's replacement to the now unavailable CPS 2000. At first glance, the CPS 2500 looks like the CPS 2000 with a different tank colour and three nozzles on the front as opposed to only one found on the CPS 2000. Upon closer inspection, one will see that the size of the firing chamber is significantly smaller. As well, it does not appear to fire quite as quickly as the CPS 2000 even when set at the highest setting.

The CPS 2500 has three nozzles settings rated 5x, 10x and 20x XP power. Surprisingly, the firing chamber capacity is lower than that of the CPS 1500. This may at first appear to be a problem, but in fact, this allows one to last longer in a fire fight, not wasting too much water on single targets. The 5x setting is good for water conservation. The 10x setting is good for typical engagement with the enemy. The 20x setting works best if desiring to seriously and quickly drench an opponent. The 20x setting is nearly equivalent to the stream produced by the CPS 2000!

All in all, the CPS 2500 is a great weapon for heavier engagements. It is best, however, to carry a sidearm along with this gun if travelling farther from a safe source of water.

Pros: The guns size definitely adds to its intimidation factor making your opponents think twice before attacking. The three different nozzle settings lets one choose to either serious drench or conserve water depending on the amount of water remaining in the tank. The pump, like the CPS 2000, is mounted beneath the barrel making it quite resistant to damage.

Cons: As with most of the CPS line, one can quickly empty the tank if being a little overzealous with the trigger. It also takes quite awhile to pump up the firing chamber. Though intimidating, one is more likely to be attacked if using this as one's opponents will typically go for the larger guns first (unless, of course, you happen to be travelling with someone using a CPS 3000).
