Description: The Storm Tsunami Ball is a reusable water balloon device. It is made from some rubber-like plastic with a transparent window and two openings. The openings are covered by a large inner flap which is have attached to the inside of the sphere. To fill, one of the flaps needs to be opened to allow water to enter. The interesting property of the flaps is that they seal water inside and the flap that is open when filling also self-seals. The end result in a water-tight water bomb which can be carried and thrown with minimal or no leakage. However, upon a strong enough impact, the force of the impact will force water to push the self-sealing flaps outward, allowing the Tsunami balls to soak their target. Afterwards, the flaps can be pushed back into the device and the device can be filled again.
Like true water-balloons, these Tsunami Balls can accidently rupture/open if not carried carefully. There is also the chance that a strong impact may cause the device to rupture as opposed to deliver its water contents, making it lose if reusability. However, unlike the sponge-based water bomb devices, the Tsunami balls lose little to no water during flight and are able to dispense virtually all of its payload on a successfully-hit target.

Pros: Small, reusable water bomb device which is easily filled and quite functional.

Cons: Only carries ~90 mL of water. Can potentially get the user wet in the event of intended rupture. May break irrepairably upon a hard impact (however, none of the Tsunami Balls used at iSoaker.com have ruptured yet). Somewhat painful to experience.
