The Story of Water War

By: Richard JD

I had just got my new Monster X and my brother, William, had a CPS 2700. I was so excited to test it that me and Will sent invites all around our school to have a water fight. Loads of people joined in. We were going to split the party into three teams: Reapers, Surfing Soakers, and Water Vapour. The soaking would be at my house with the golf course next door. These were the members on my team:

Richard (Me) – Monster X
William – CPS 2700
William Lane – (not a super soaker, infact he has a rubbish gun; it takes 5 minutes to pump and then you have 10 shots!)
James – XP110
Ryan – CPS 1700

All of us had state-of-the-art blasters except for Lane and his weapon, of course. Our team was the Reapers and our base was at my house with a QFD in my garage and several bottles of water. Continue reading The Story of Water War

Charge of the Light Brigade

By: John C.

Hey, this is John, Commander of the New Model army water gun clan in Woodmere, NY. We had a practice today to warm up the team for the large 3-way fight planned for tomorrow. Only 3 men from our team (one of them was actually a defect from the other team, but he was loyal to me and was well armed) were there as this was not planned. We moved out gingerly, but in soldierly good spirits. Continue reading Charge of the Light Brigade

Vermin War 5 – Part III

By: M4

(about 25 more pics are being developed)
It had grown dark and the figures of the enemy team stood out like shadows against the pine thicket across the road. Graham and I had been filling water balloons since 18:30 and we had around 75 to 100 filled so far. Graham, who came up with the codename, Phothepson Abdu,l for himself, kept talking about how they were getting ready to attack and he was getting tense. In reality, the three had just finished playing cards and were checking their weapons. Yet the constant taunts from my sister were sinking into the mind and had become anoying. Earlier Photehepson and I hunted down my brother, and pegged him with waterballoons. Continue reading Vermin War 5 – Part III

Vermin War 5 – Part I

By: M4

Here’s the war story. Sadly we didn’t have any film so no pics were taken. My mom got a good camera and some film for the history convention, so I can use that Friday and Saturday, I’ll send those in when they are developed. I am also drawing our plans on the computer for Saturday, so I can send those to you probably tonight. Also, just for info sake some people are coming over Friday, we are power modding my friend’s SC 500, and working on the fort. Continue reading Vermin War 5 – Part I

The Unexpected Challenge

By: Soaker Elite

This year, I knew was going to be the best in water warfare. I had my new CPS 3200 and was ready to drench anyone who stepped up to me. If you don’t know what happens every year at my street, you’re about to find out. Every year, we have a 4-way drenchmatch. As usual, my team has the advantage with power players and strong blasters. War Story

By: Soaker Elite

Hi, my name is Soaker Elite and I have an exciting war story.

Our neighbourhood had just arranged a 40 player water fight. Anyone with a watergun that works was invited. There were four teams: Green, Red, Yellow, and Blue. I was on the Green team. Each team had ten players and the waterfight was supposed to last for 3 hours, non-stop, except for an intermission. All the action was on my street. Green started on the far side of the street, Red was in the middle, Blue was on the other side of the middle, and Yellow was on the other far side. Continue reading War Story

Free-for-All Fighting Forms

On July 10th, 2001, I had the opportunity to go to a group picnic with people I used to work with. At any rate, it was time for their annual picnic. While working there, I had assisted them in stockpiling a decent armoury of Supersoakers. They had several CPS1000s, one CPS1200, a few SC500s and several XP110s, not to mention a bunch of little mini-soakers. Continue reading Free-for-All Fighting Forms

Operation Alpha Strike

By: Bravo I

I am Bravo 1, back from our second camping trip at June Lake. It was probably the toughest battle we ever fought because the people that we fought last year got bigger and brought some more reinforcements. That wasn’t the only bad thing because we had about 250 water balloons that were lost and our MSR was cut off. Continue reading Operation Alpha Strike
